Refunds & Returns

If you are unsatisfied for any reason with a product you have purchased, you are welcome to return it at your own expense within 7 days of it being delivered to the buyer. When the product is received back to us in the original, unused condition and original packaging, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Unfortunately, after 7 days has lapsed a refund or exchange will not be available.

** PLEASE NOTE: Loose lash bags are exempt from exchange or refund due to health and safety regulations.

Damaged Items

If you receive an item that has been damaged during transit, please contact Miss. Lash at and we will do our very best to rectify any problems you may have.


If you wish to return a product due to change of mind or you accidentally chose the wrong item, please contact us at and we will be happy to organise an exchange.

Buyer will be expected to pay the extra shipping costs on the items.


Although parcels are usually sent within a 24 hour time frame, there is a 48 hour handling time. ALL orders come with a tracking number.

Please be aware that once your parcel is sent, it is no longer under our control. If you have a parcel that has not met the estimated time of delivery, please contact us at and we can lodge an investigation through Australia Post.

Express Post parcels DO NOT always mean next day delivery. Please visit the link below to check what amount of time your postcode is expected to take.

It is advised for orders over $50 to take out the optional insurance of $2.95 available at the checkout. If your order is lost in transit, which doesn’t happen often, but it does happen, Australia Post will only refund $50 plus the postage charge if extra insurance is not taken out. Due to this policy, Miss. Lash will only offer the same amount for lost or stolen packages. With the extra Insurance, Australia Post will compensate up to $5,000.
